I want to sell home . I’m sick of repairing it. It costs me so much money that I could rent a flat for it. So I decided to go to the real estate agency sale house which is one of the best agencies in my town. The second is sale home but I’ll go there if I will not find any suitable offer in the first one. When I went there, they told me they have so many offers that I will need to have whole day to only read all of them. So I need to precise my requirements. I did so and it turned out that there was only one offer left. And it didn’t suit me because it was too expensive. So I went to the other agency. They had less offers but there were more that suited me. They’ve found one that was perfect for me. Even the price was suitable. When I met with the owner he told me that he has sold the house but the man that bought it called him last night and told him he wants to cancel the agreement because he has less money than he thought. So have bought the house and the owner gave me a five percent discount.
